Refund policy

All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.


Non-returnable items
 

All items purchased are final sale. We do not allow exchanges or returns on our perishable goods and merch.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


For damaged, defective or wrong items, we have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at Support@rhythmandheat.com. Provide the following information for a return or exchange:

  • Contact Name
  • E-mail Address
  • Phone Number (if used for check out.)
  • Order #
  • Reference original item ordered as well as the actual product you received
  • Reason for Exchange
  • Pictures of damaged, defective or wrong item. Example: showing damage, defect or wrong item

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Changes/ Cancellations

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@rhythmandheat.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been processed and/or shipped.


Exchanges

All accepted exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days, if the product is actively in stock.


Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, including ALL refused and unaccepted packages.

Rhythm and Heat LLC WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
