Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • We ship from Delaware, USA.
  • We process orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.)
  • During the holidays, we process orders within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.)
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your  spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@rhythmandheat.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been processed and/or shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs on tour replace the order.

Shipping

  • All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). We give three different mailing options: First Class Package, Priority Mail, and Priority Express. If you are in need of one of our products ASAP, then we suggest Priority Mail or Priority Express.
  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
  • Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay in delivery. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive.
  • Postal Service: After a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please contact your local USPS office for more information: 1(800) 275-8777.
    • Rhythm and Heat LLC WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
    • If your order is returned to us by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be refunded for the products. This does not include shipping and handling fees.
